This page explains how to delete your 1 o’ Clock account (by Savis Labs AI Pvt. Ltd.) and the personal data linked to it. You can delete it yourself inside the app, or send us a request by email.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the 1 o’ Clock app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap the Delete account option.
  4. Confirm when asked.

Your account and the data listed below are deleted immediately and you are signed out on all your devices. This cannot be undone.

Account Deletion Request – 1 o’ Clock

Please include the email address or other account information associated with your 1 o’ Clock account so that we can identify your account. We will process your request within 30 days after verifying it, and confirm by email once the deletion is completed.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete the personal data associated with it:

  • Your account and profile information: name, email address, phone number (if you gave one), class and profile picture
  • The link between your account and your Google or Apple sign-in
  • The courses you unlocked on your account
  • Your support requests and our replies to them
  • Your sign-in sessions on all devices

What may be kept, and for how long

  • Coupon records. A coupon code you used stays marked as "used" so it cannot be redeemed again. It is no longer connected to you, and no personal data is kept with it.
  • Legal, security and fraud records. Certain information may need to be retained when required by law, for fraud prevention, security or dispute resolution. It is kept only for as long as that requirement lasts and is deleted when it ends.
