1 o’ Clock Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the 1 o’ Clock mobile app for Android and iOS and to the website watchkriti.in. The app is published and operated by Savis Labs AI Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"). It explains what information we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

About this app and its publisher

1. Information we collect

How you sign in

1 o’ Clock uses social sign-in only. There is no separate password to create.

• Android: Sign in with Google.
• iOS: Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple.

Google or Apple tells us who you are and gives us your name, email address and an identifier that is unique to your sign-in account. With Google we may also receive your profile picture. With Apple you can choose to hide your real email address (Apple then gives us a private relay address). We never see or store your Google or Apple password.

Information we ask you for

• Name – required.
• Email address – required.
• Phone number – optional.
• The class you study in, so we can show the right lessons.
• Coupon (scratch) codes you enter to unlock a course, and the course you unlock.
• The title and description of any support request you send us.

Information collected automatically

• A device notification token, so we can send you push notifications.
• The device name you sign in from, and basic technical logs such as IP address and the date and time of requests, used to keep the service secure and working.
• Which lessons you open, so the app can show the right content.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or microphone data.

2. How we use your information

• To create your account, sign you in and show your profile.
• To show the courses, subjects, chapters and videos for your class.
• To check coupon codes and unlock the courses you are entitled to.
• To answer your support requests.
• To send notifications about your account and learning content.
• To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the app:

• Google (including Firebase) – Google sign-in and push notifications.
• Apple – Sign in with Apple on iOS.
• Cloudflare – storage and delivery of lesson videos and images, and website security.
• Our hosting provider – the servers where your account data is stored.

These providers may only use the information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our users and our rights.

4. Coupons and course access

A coupon code can be used once. When you redeem it we record which account used it, for which course and when, so the same code cannot be used again and so your course stays unlocked.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your profile, the link to your Google or Apple sign-in, the courses you unlocked, your support tickets and your sign-in sessions. A coupon code you used stays recorded as "used" so it cannot be redeemed again, but it is no longer connected to you. We may keep limited records where the law requires it or to prevent fraud.

6. Your choices and rights

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
• You can turn off push notifications in your phone's settings at any time.
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app, or by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Children and students

The app is designed for school students. We collect only the information needed to run the service. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us information you would like removed, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app.
